What do I do I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password” link underneath the account login on the home page. An email will be sent to your email account with your password.

How do I contact my HomeStyle Specialist?

Log into the Hostess Communication Station. Your HomeStyle Specialist contact information is in the top right-hand corner. You can call her, or send an email and she will be happy to help.

How do I get started managing my HomeShow?

From the home page of the Hostess Communication Station, click on Upcoming HomeShow on the left-hand side of the page. You can also click on the Plan Your HomeShow link on the right-hand side below your HomeShow information. You will then be able to start entering in your guest information.

What if I have to change the time or the day of my HomeShow?

Please contact your HomeStyle Specialist with the new information as soon as possible. She will make all the changes in the HomeShow Details. An email will then be sent, to all your guests with email addresses, letting them know the details have changed.

What if one of my guests do not have an email address?

You can still enter their information into the Hostess Communication Station. Type in all the information that you know about your guest so you're HomeStyle Specialist can see this information. The HomeStyle Specialist will be sending invitations in the mail on your behalf, so be sure to get a complete mailing address for each of your guests.

How can I learn more about Hosting a HomeShow?

Simply go into the Hostess Program section of the Hostess Communication Station. From there scroll down to the bottom of the page. There is a link on the bottom of the page that says I want to find out more about Hosting a HomeShow. When you fill out the form a message will be sent to the HomeStyle Specialist.
